This is your 'Extended Warranty Registration Document', which must be completed
and returned within ‘5 days of invoice’ to validate the warranty.
• VALIDATE YOUR WARRANTY WITHIN 5 DAYS OF INVOICE •
YCR Distribution Limited warrants its Sam4s Cash Registers, Sam4s SPS-2000 Touch Screen and Protech Touch Screen terminals for a period of 36 months and Bixolon/Samsung SRP-275, SRP-350 and SRP-770 printers for a period of 48 months from the date of registration.
Any defects due to faulty materials or manufacture will be repaired FREE OF CHARGE of labour and materials within the warranty period. Misuse, neglect, excessive voltage input, reprogramming and data loss will NOT be covered under the warranty. Batteries, keyboard and drawer units are covered for the first 12 months only.
Warranty Procedure:- Step 1:Contact YCR Service Department for a Returns Number, quoting Serial number, Make and Model and brief details of the fault. Step 2:Return the machine back to us, placing a copy of the Returns Number in the box. Step 3:We will repair or replace the machine and return it back to you.
