COVID-19: Information and FAQ

During this pandemic, we are working hard to mitigate the challenges we are presented with, while at the same time keeping our customers satisfied and our staff safe. All departments are currently functioning but some remotely in line with the Governments recommendations

Can I still place an order?

Yes – you can still place your order with our sales team on 01924 438238 or email our sales team.

Will I still receive my order?

All orders are now been despatched normally via next day carrier.

Do I still need to sign for my delivery?

No – our couriers are now offering a contactless service, so you can maintain the correct social distance at all times. The drivers have been instructed on the distancing guidelines, and have been supplied with hand sanitizer.

What are we doing to ensure that there is stock for my order?

Due to the slow down in sales of POS systems we have plenty of stock available and don’t foresee any shortage in the future.

What measures have we put in place to protect our staff?

We are currently working with staff in the office and other working remotely. All departments within the offices are adhering to social distancing measures as laid out by government guidelines

What if there’s an issue with my order?
