COVID-19: Information and FAQ
During this pandemic, we are working hard to mitigate the challenges we are presented with, while at the same time keeping our customers satisfied and our staff safe. All departments are currently functioning remotely in line with the Governments recommendations
Can I still place an order?
Yes – you can still place your order with our sales team on 01924 438238 or email our sales team.
Will I still receive my order?
Yes orders are still being dispatched but on a demand basic. To reduce the risk to our warehouse staff we are limiting the number of despatch days to a minimum. If you are wanting something urgently then please give us a call.
Do I still need to sign for my delivery?
No – our couriers are now offering a contactless service, so you can maintain the correct social distance at all times. The drivers have been instructed on the distancing guidelines, and have been supplied with hand sanitizer.
What are we doing to ensure that there is stock for my order?
Due to the slow down in sales of POS systems we have plenty of stock available and dont foresee any shortage in the future.
What measures have we put in place to protect our staff?
All of our sales & support staff are now working remotely from home.
Our warehouse staff as been reduced to the absolute minimum with limited despatches on a weekly basis. All staff are aware of social distancing guidelines which are followed at all times.
What if there’s an issue with my order?

Are services affected?
We are still open and delivering orders as demand requires. We are taking every opportunity to improve our systems and knowledge base during these challenging times to ensure that our staff members provide a higher level of expertise.
